Scale
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into squares and garnish with powdered sugar or additional raspberries.
Notes
For a nutty twist, mix in 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. To make it vegan, replace butter with coconut oil and eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water.
