Description

Create festive red white & blue yogurt parfaits for summer gatherings. Perfect layers of flavor & color to delight guests at any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • Optional: chia seeds or flaxseeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh mint leaves

  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the honey or maple syrup. Stir until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Wash and slice the strawberries, rinse the blueberries.
  • Grab clear glasses or bowls. Start with a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom, followed by strawberries, granola, and blueberries.
  • Continue layering yogurt, strawberries, granola, and blueberries until you reach the top, aiming for two or three layers.
  • Top with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and extra berries or coconut if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best texture, especially with the granola!
