- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting in half. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. If using, add minced garlic.
- Spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
