Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of hummus
4 whole wheat wraps (or your preferred tortilla)
1 cup of mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or any preferred greens)
1 cup of diced cucumber
1 cup of diced tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Pat them dry with a towel.
Place the chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Lay out your tortillas and spread a generous dollop of hummus on each.
Layer the roasted chickpeas, salad greens, diced cucumber, and tomatoes on top of the hummus.
Take one side of the wrap and fold it over the filling, then tuck in the sides and roll it up tightly.
Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half diagonally.
