Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts by cutting them in half.
In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the paprika.
Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Combine the roasted Brussels sprouts with the cooked ground beef and stir for 2-3 minutes.
