Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half without cutting all the way through and lay the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
