Description

A quick and delicious sheet pan recipe featuring tender salmon fillets and crisp-tender broccoli, seasoned with garlic and lemon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil, for drizzling
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop your broccoli into bite-sized pieces, then mince the garlic and prepare the lemon juice and zest.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet and scatter broccoli around them.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, and zest, then pour over salmon and broccoli.
  6. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes. Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
