Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Ensure your shrimp are fresh and properly cleaned. Chop your red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and jalapeño finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cleaned shrimp and lime juice. Allow this mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
