Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and your crockpot. Measure out honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in the crockpot. Stir until mixed.
  3. Layer the chicken breasts in the sauce, ensuring they are completely covered. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
