- 1 large round bread loaf (sourdough or Italian)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (washed and chopped)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, drained and chopped)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut out the top of the round loaf of bread and pull out some inner bread to create a bowl.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sour cream, spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the dip into the bread bowl and place it on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly toasted. Serve with the removed bread pieces.
Notes
Customize with optional spices like red pepper flakes or garnishes like fresh herbs. For a vegan option, substitute with dairy-free alternatives.
