Description

Delicious grilled salmon skewers coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for summer barbecues or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon cubes into the marinade for about 15-30 minutes.
  4. Soak your wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
  5. Thread the salmon pieces onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
  7. Remove them from the heat and let them rest briefly before serving.
  8. Arrange skewers on a platter, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For an added kick, consider adding red pepper flakes or vegetables like bell peppers on the skewers. Serve with jasmine rice or a fresh salad.
