Description
A vibrant, nourishing chia pudding bowl infused with tropical flavors, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Coconut milk (full-fat for richness)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Freshly cut fruits (e.g., mango, kiwi, pineapple, berries)
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional) for garnish
- Mint leaves (optional) for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and necessary tools—a mixing bowl, whisk, and serving cups. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes and then whisk again to prevent clumping. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight.
- Scoop the pudding into bowls or jars, and then top with fresh fruits, coconut flakes, and mint leaves. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture!
Notes
The pudding can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Add fruits right before serving for optimal freshness.
