1 lb of ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for grilling and drizzling
Optional: Chopped mint or cilantro for garnish
Optional: A pinch of chili flakes for added heat
Special Garnishes: Slices of lemon and extra chopped parsley
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
