Description

A refreshing twist on traditional wraps, combining lean turkey, creamy Swiss cheese, crisp apples, and fresh greens for a flavor-packed snack or light meal.

Ingredients

  • Large tortillas (2)
  • Sliced turkey breast (4 ounces)
  • Swiss cheese (2 ounces, sliced)
  • Granny Smith apple (1 small, thinly sliced)
  • Honey mustard (2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh spinach or mixed greens (1 cup)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. If you’re using spinach or mixed greens, wash and dry them thoroughly before use. Thinly slice the Granny Smith apple.
  2. Spread a generous tablespoon of honey mustard over each tortilla. Layer the turkey breast, Swiss cheese, fresh spinach, and apple slices.
  3. Starting from one end, roll your tortilla tightly around the fillings. Cut the wrap in half diagonally to serve.

Notes

For a vegan version, swap turkey for chickpeas or marinated tofu, and use vegan cheese. For gluten-free, opt for lettuce wraps or gluten-free tortillas.
