2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
